Pasta w/ Asparagus
A quicky, easy healthy vegitable side
Cut asparagus in 1″diagonals
Blanch 2 minutes (can do in microwave)
Boil pasta (shells, rotelle or penne)
Saute asparagus in butter 1-2 minutes
add juice of lemon (Meyer is good)
Garlic salt & pepper to taste
Simmer another min. or two
Toss with lightly drained pasta
Sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
