Chicken Saute
Using Brian’s Mustard
Ingredients:
2 tsp. butter and olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 sweet onions, sliced
4 boneless, skinless shicken breasts
1 cup white wine or chicken stock
1/2 cup Brian’s Mustard, or more, depending on taste.
Directions:
Saute the garlic and onions in the butter and olive oil, 3-5 minutes. Add the chicken breasts and wine. Drizzle Brian’s Mustard over the chicken, suate for 30 minutes or unti done. Serve over brown rice, with a green salad. Enjoy!
