Baked Pork Chops
Using Brian’s Mustard
Ingredients:
4 1″ thick pork chops
1 tsp. each fresh thyme and rosemary
3 large granny smith apples, cored and sliced
3 large sweet onions
1/2 cup each apple juice and Brian’s Mustard
Directions:
Mix the herbs, sprinkle over the chops and brown lightly in a little olive oil. Transfer to a baking dish. Add the apple juice and Brian’s Mustard, top with the apples and sliced onions. bake at 325 until tender, about 30 minutes.
