Fran’s Fresh Fruit Cobbler.
Use any variety and type of fruit that you wish.
1/4 lb. butter
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
Crumble together and reserve.
1 cup mix for top.
Add 3 tblsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
And enough milk to make pancake like batter.
Place 1 qt. fruit in 9 x 9 pan and pour 1/2 to 1 cup sugar over fruit.
Pour batter over fruit, sprinkle with cinnamon, then crumble 1 cup reserved topping over it.
Bake at 350 degree for 1 hr.
For frozen fruit, use 3 tblsp. tapioca with sugared fruit.
