Rhubarb Crunch

An Old Time Favorite

8″x8″ pan
1Cup uncooked, rolled oats
1/2Cup Sifted flour
1Cup Brown sugar (packed)
1/2Cup Butter or margarine

Mix above ingredients and cut up with
butter or margarine until crumble. Set aside.

Mix: 3Cup      Diced rhubarb
1/2C Granulated sugar
1Tbs. Flour
1tsp. Cinnamon
1/8tsp. Salt

Grease pan. Place 1/2 crumb mixture on bottom.
Pour rhubarb mixture on top & then add the rest
of the crumb mixture. Bake in 350 degrees for 45
minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped or ice
cream.
