THE FARM STAND WEST RECIPES

BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER!

-2 T butter

-1-8oz pkg. cream cheese

-16 oz. whole corn

-1/4 tsp. salt

-1/4 tsp. garlic salt

-1-4oz. can green chili pepper to taste

-Melt butter with cream cheese. Mix in remaining ingredients and pour into baking dish.

-Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Desserts!

-Use peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, strawberries, olallie berries, blackberries, boysenberries, raspberries, or a combination of fruits and berries of your choice.

-1/4 1b. butter 

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup flour

-Crumble together and reserve 1 cup of mix for top

-To remainder, add 3 tblsp, flour

½ tsp, baking powder and enough milk to make a pancake-like batter.

-Place 1qt fruit in 9 x 9 pan

Pour ½ to 1 cup sugar over fruit

Pour batter over fruit

Sprinkle with cinnamon, then crumble 1 cup reserved topping over it

-Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.

-(For frozen fruit, use 3 Tblsp tapioca with sugared fruit.)

Their gluten free selections are amazing. They come from  Deana’s gf bakery near by. The pumpkin pie Streusl was yummy. The blueberry pie was scrumptious and filled with so many blueberries. The jams and sauces are amazing along with the fresh fruit and juices. They’re their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Bring your credit card & a big cooler.  You’re going to want to buy everything.
