Raspberry Sorbet
Raspberry Sorbet
A cool tasty summer treat, or anytime treat
6 cups frozen raspberries
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup orange liqueur
(Triple Sec)
Puree in blender or food
processor. Place mixture in
ice cream freezer and process
until semi-frozen. Serve for
dessert with crispy nutty
cookie.
